Daily reading: 2 Corinthians 4:1-15
Friday June 10, 2016

Focus passage: We are experiencing all kinds of trouble, but we aren’t crushed.  We are confused, but we aren’t abandoned.  We are knocked down, but we aren’t knocked out.  2 Corinthians 4:8-9

It is within community that we can recognize our own humanity in one another, in granting ourselves grace to fail and to stumble and to struggle and to grant that grace to one another to fail, stumble and struggle.

Prayer:  God fill me with your love and grace so that it can pour out into my community this week.  Amen.
