Focus passage: So I want to make it clear to you that no one says, “Jesus is cursed!” when speaking by God’s Spirit, and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

The first undeniable sign of the Spirit’s activity in someone’s life is their confession of faith in Jesus as Lord. The Spirit is no respecter of human made boundaries and comes to empowers all who believe. The gifts that are offered come to each of us in different degrees.
