Daily reading: 1 Thessalonians 1:1-10
Thursday April 21, 2016

Focus passage: We always thank God for all of you when we mention you constantly in our prayers.  This is because we remember your work that comes from faith, your effort that comes from love and your perseverance that comes from hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the presence of our God and Father. 1 Thessalonians 1:2-4

Where does your drive come from?  As Christians we are constantly reminding ourselves that our drive comes from Christ.  Our work in our community is a result of our faithfulness and it allows us to preserver even when difficulties arise.

Prayer:  God help me to share my faith story with others.  Help me to find the words that will speak to others.  Amen.
